  Got in line around 10:05am and the line was already a long line. I find this typical for Saturday morning. We stood line like for 1 hour and 10 mins before we were ask to come up to a desk. It only took less than 10 mins for them to take picture of my daughter, review her paper, and process the fees. Pros: - people came out and talked to people in line to make sure their paper work and documents were correct. - the actual processing is super fast if you have your documents in order Cons: None Tips: 1. Make sure you do your paper work first 2. Make sure you speak to the people who are helping people in line to make sure your paper work is done correctly. 3. For passports.. the fee for the passport must be in money order or check form. All other services (processing and pictures) can be done through a Visa or Mastercard). 4. People who forget paper work may stand in the front of the line and hold their place in line.. while someone else gets their paperwork. If you are next.. But that person gets there paper work before your turn.. they become next. I guess.. that's how it works. That happen to me twice.. and had to wait longer but.. not that long. 5. Your best is to do it during the week. If you have to go on a Saturday.. bring snacks or toys to keep your kids occupied and retain your santiy.
