- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆We made an appointment over a month in advance and show up on the day of the appointment to find out we have to wait 2 hours. We were very frustrated as we had to pay a babysitter to watch our children to get this done, and for that reason only wanted to go to a place that accepted appointments. When we asked the receptionist why the wait was so long she told us we could leave if we didn't want to wait. So we did. I do not recommend this place unless you have an entire day to dedicate to doing your taxes.By Cristy Alcazar, February 18, 2017
