- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆The manager needs to be fired. Arrogant is an understatement. Just visited this location to cash a check, open a personal account and potentially opening a business account. Waited over 30 minutes in line. When I complained to the manager she told me to "go to my own bank if I don't like it". Then she berated me in front of my child and told me if I didn't leave she would call the cops. What did I do to deserve this? I demanded that she not talk down to me and tell me to go to another bank. This is harassment at least and maybe more. Horrible. If they don't fire her then she will be a liability.
