  Regions is an excellent Bank, with their greatest asset being the people that I've dealt with in the past and present. But recently, I had made a DEPOSIT of checks, in the NIGHT DEPOSITORY, at this Regions Bank location, since I live nearby in Margate, as I had done every week....very simple process, you open the lever, it slightly allows you to slip in the envelope(s) with the deposit, ....it closes, and that's it !..Right !...wrong..!!! Thursday, last week, at 7:30 AM, I had made a deposit, and noticed that it had not posted on y account, a business account, by Saturday, early 6AM,..I then made an attempt to call the bank and ask if they could check it out.....this is where the problem started, ...something as simple as not being able to find checks that are deposited, could not have snow balled into something worse....CUSTOMER SERVICE....horrible experience with a "Marvina" ?...she did not want to be responsible for anything,...only that she did not have any power to do anything...and after dropping some names like, you know, "Garyson Hall" (CEO of REGIONS) and "Peter Miller" (CEO-Southeast Region)..she said,...I don't care what you do...Well, I'll find out Monday what happened, and perhaps I'll have to stop the checks deposited,...and perhaps, someone at Regions can convince me that their Weekend rotation is worthy of the Customer Service I receive regularly..Sorry, but I do not feel all fuzzy about REGIONS right now.....Manny Torres
