- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆This is the worst bank to use for business if you want to speak to someone via phone. Ive called at least 10 times in the past 2 months and only 1 time was I able to speak to a supervisor and then he told me I needed to go to a branch office in person because the password he had on file did not match the Only one I know???? I can use my Debt card, I can use the automated system with my passwords, but cant get assistance over the phone. Total time on phone has been at least 5 hoursBy Douglas Henry, November 10, 2016
